Therapy that meets you where you are – and helps you move forward

Seeking support can be a brave and sometimes uncertain step. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what’s on your mind without judgment. Whether you’re facing challenges, feeling stuck, or simply want to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you. I believe that everyone has an innate wisdom that calls them towards living a life of well-being and authenticity, and that counselling and psychotherapy can clear blocks to enable this wisdom to flourish.
Together, we’ll work at your pace to make sense of things, find new insights, and nurture what matters most to you. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey.
I’m a BACP-registered counsellor, trained in Psychosynthesis Counselling at the Psychosynthesis Trust in London.
I offer in-person counselling at locations in Greenwich and London Bridge, as well as online sessions for clients across the UK and beyond. I also offer lower cost outdoor walk and talk counselling sessions.

My interest in understanding people dates back to my mid 20s and my training in Neuro-linguistic programming – a set of principles and techniques aimed at enhancing self-awareness, building communication skills and confidence. This training was foundational in some of the coaching and mentoring I then did as part of my various corporate roles. My 30+ year career has spanned a variety of sectors, roles and disciplines with many ups and downs along the way. My path through these roles and life more broadly has given me a profound understanding of change and life’s transitions. It was my own transformative therapeutic journey that prompted me to train at the Psychosynthesis Trust as a counsellor.
Counselling, to me, is about creating a space where you can step out of the noise and pressure of daily life. A space where you can reflect, make meaning, and navigate whatever you’re going through—whether that’s subtle inner shifts or overwhelming challenges. Ideally, over time, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, more resourced, and more connected to your own life—perhaps even finding space for playfulness and creativity.
Psychosynthesis is a transpersonal model of counselling and personal growth. It emerged in the 20th century as a holistic alternative to psychoanalysis, seeking to support people in deepening their sense of self and connection to life. It honours the full spectrum of human experience—imaginative, emotional, rational, physical, and spiritual. It explores past wounds, present challenges, and future potential as part of a meaningful whole.
At its heart, Psychosynthesis supports people in reconnecting with purpose—whether in relationships, community, or in relationship to the wider world. It’s about making meaning, expressing needs, and taking action from a place of inner alignment.
